The New York Giants drafted the Kaysville, Utah native in the 2025 NFL draft as a first-round (25th overall) pick.

The Giants traded up nine spots to land their new star QB by giving up their 34th and 99th overall picks in 2025, alongside their one third-round pick of the 2026 NFL Draft.

He is known for his fearless, "gunslinger" playing style, high-level toughness, and elite dual-threat capabilities. 

During his rookie season with the New York Giants, Jaxson Dart showed promising flashes after throwing for 2,272 yards and 15 touchdowns across 14 games, giving the franchise something to build around moving forward.
