Week 2 of the 2026 NFL season brought several changes to Tom Brady’s NFL power rankings. Some teams moved up after strong performances, while others dropped despite entering the week with winning records.

Brady’s latest list features 10 teams heading into Week 3, with the Seattle Seahawks retaining the No. 1 spot. Here are Tom Brady’s NFL power rankings ahead of Week 3.

10. Detroit Lions

Record: 1-1 | Previous ranking: 9

The Detroit Lions slipped one spot after losing to the Buffalo Bills in Week 2. Brady still had plenty of praise for Jared Goff, who has thrown six touchdowns without an interception through the opening two games.

9. Las Vegas Raiders

Record: 2-0 | Previous ranking: Unranked

According to Fox Sports, the Las Vegas Raiders made their first appearance in Brady’s rankings after opening the season with two wins. Their plus-26 point differential ranks among the league’s best, while Kirk Cousins has thrown six touchdowns in two games.

8. Minnesota Vikings

Record: 2-0 | Previous ranking: Unranked

The Minnesota Vikings are 2-0 despite relying on their backup quarterback, which caught Brady’s attention. He credited head coach Kevin O’Connell and defensive coordinator Brian Flores for the team’s start.

Minnesota also held the Chicago Bears to three points in Week 2, a week after Chicago scored 59.

7. Los Angeles Rams

Record: 1-1 | Previous ranking: Unranked

The Los Angeles Rams bounced back from their opening-week loss by beating the New York Giants, earning them a place in Brady’s top 10. He pointed to the team’s performance despite missing several notable players.

Davante Adams was key to the win, finishing with 195 receiving yards and two touchdowns.

6. Cincinnati Bengals

Record: 2-0 | Previous ranking: 10

The Cincinnati Bengals made the biggest jump among the teams already ranked, moving from No. 10 to No. 6. Brady has been impressed with the way Joe Burrow and the Bengals have started the season.

Their defense has recorded eight sacks and four takeaways through two games, while Ja’Marr Chase scored twice in Week 2.

5. Philadelphia Eagles

Record: 2-0 | Previous ranking: 6

The Philadelphia Eagles moved up one place following another close victory. Brady noted that Philadelphia has continued to find ways to win tight games, including a difficult road matchup in hot and humid conditions.

The Eagles remain unbeaten after two weeks and hold the No. 5 position on Brady’s latest list.

4. Kansas City Chiefs

Record: 2-0 | Previous ranking: 7

The Kansas City Chiefs jumped three spots after reaching 2-0. Patrick Mahomes’ play stood out to Brady, who said the quarterback has shown no signs of rust.

Travis Kelce also delivered a big performance, although Brady believes Kansas City still needs to find a way to generate more pressure on opposing quarterbacks.

3. Buffalo Bills

Record: 2-0 | Previous ranking: 5

The Buffalo Bills climbed two places after putting up 41 points against the Detroit Lions. Josh Allen has been central to their fast start, with Brady highlighting his ability to avoid turnovers.

Allen has also shown improved accuracy and decision-making, according to Brady, who called the quarterback’s current play “very dangerous football.”

2. San Francisco 49ers

Record: 2-0 | Previous ranking: 3

The San Francisco 49ers moved into the No. 2 spot after dominating the Miami Dolphins in Week 2. Brady highlighted their plus-42 point differential and an offense averaging eight yards per play.

Brock Purdy has also caught Brady’s attention with his pre-snap reads and decision-making, as the quarterback has helped San Francisco remain unbeaten.

1. Seattle Seahawks

Record: 2-0 | Previous ranking: 1

The Seattle Seahawks held onto the top spot after winning their first two games. Brady pointed to their production across offense, defense and special teams as a major reason for keeping them at No. 1.

Jaxon Smith-Njigba has four touchdowns through two games, while Drew Lock has completed 73% of his passes without an interception after replacing Sam Darnold.

With Week 3 on the horizon, Brady’s latest rankings show how quickly the order can change early in the season. Seattle remains in first place, while teams like Cincinnati and Kansas City have made significant moves.
