Retired NFL Tackle Rips Into Abdul Carter for Public Outburst Against Jaxson Dart

New York Giants quarterback Jaxson Dart (6) is shown in the fourth quarter, Sunday, January 4, 2026, in East Rutherford. The Giants beat the Cowboys, 34-17.

Jaxson Dart drew a negative response from the NFL community after he made headlines by introducing President Donald Trump on Friday, but not everyone was against the New York Giants’ quarterback.

Among many defensive voices, one was Breiden Fehoko, who defended the Giants’ QB Jaxson Dart and went behind linebacker Abdul Carter.

“Jaxson Dart was out here publicly defending Abdul Carter last year when the media was itching for tidbits,” Fehoko wrote on X. “Maybe it’s just different for some guys. I know for me, I won’t let political beliefs get in between the blood, sweat, and tears we’ve shed as teammates.”

The saga of negative reactions from the NFL universe started to flow in for Jaxson Dart when he introduced the United States of America’s 47th President, Donald Trump, at a pep rally at Rockland Community College in Suffern, New York.

Fehoko called out Carter for his hypocrisy on the viral event that he made on his X.

“Thought this s*** was AI, what we doing man,” Carter wrote on X.

Although Carter’s comment showed disbelief rather than hostility towards his quarterback, but for Fehoko, it was something else.

Per Breiden Fehoko, Carter should have defended Dart instead of calling him out publicly. He also brought up an incident in which Dart had Carter’s back when the media tried to push Carter down for his performance in 2025 after the team's losses.

Dart defended Carter in front of the cameras, refusing to let the media create a negative narrative around his teammate.

Fehoko believes that Carter broke the ultimate locker room code by not having Dart’s back.

With all the buzz around the situation, Abdul Carter shared an update, turning down the rift between him and Dart.

Abdul Carter Commented on the Rift With Jaxson Dart

Amid the speculation around the rift between Abdul Carter and Jaxson Dart, Carter has finally spoken up and denied the claims made on social media.

"Me and JD6 are good! We spoke earlier as Men," Carter wrote on X. "Y'all can keep y'all narratives."

Per Carter’s X post, he and the Giants’ QB Dart had spoken amid the rift claims, and they are on good terms, and they are working to put an end to the chatter about the internal Giants tensions.

It was not just Carter, but wide receiver Darius Slayton and offensive lineman Jermaine Eluemunor, who also responded to the rift claims.

"Locker Room is fine," Eluemunor wrote on X. "Focus on New England."

They rejected the idea that political views are dividing the locker room.

Both were drafted in the 2025 NFL Draft, and they are focused on rebuilding the Giants’ champion squad for their 2026 NFL campaign.
