XXXIV Super Bowl champion Kurt Warner is reaching out for medical advice after a persistent health issue left him frustrated. The Hall of Fame quarterback is struggling with a painful condition that refuses to subside.
On his X account, he as shared his concerns regarding inflammation around his knees despite being in good shape at the age of 54.
“Need some help! I’m in the best shape of my life… I’m as lean as I’ve ever been," Warner's X post read on April 29. "But I have some inflammation around my knees that’s driving me crazy & no matter what I’ve tried: diet, vitamins/supplements or exercise, I can’t shake it! Any experts out there that have some ideas to help???”
The former quarterback from the Arizona Cardinals recently shared his knee-related problems seeking help.
While interacting with the fans on his X post, he revealed that he has been trying certain remedies to cure his knee inflammation.
The two-time NFL MVP award winner (1999, 2001), Warner, has tried 48 hours of fasting, walked backwards on the treadmill, tried doing yoga, cold plunges, and whatnot, but nothing has helped him with his problem.
In light of this, it is hard to ignore a knee injury that Warner suffered earlier in his career.
In December 2005, he suffered from a strained or partially torn medial collateral ligament (MCL) in his right knee against the Houston Texans in the 15th week of the season.
This is not the first time that he has gone public about his health concerns.
Kurt Warner Has Dealt With Various Challenges Over the Years
Per SurreyLive, back in 2025, Warner shared his concerns regarding his cholesterol levels, considering his symptoms, muscle aches, and pains.
This made him change his statin medications.
“I was actually surprised when I was diagnosed with it,” Warner said while interviewing with USA Today. “Just feeling like I was in such good shape, watching my diet and all of those things. How could I have high cholesterol?”
Warner suffered about four documented concussions during his career.
One of his most notable injuries involved "foggy" eye issues and light sensitivity following a 2009 hit.
Back in 2009, Warner went to see an ophthalmologist regarding the lingering post-concussion after a Week 11 concussion with symptoms that kept him out of Sunday's last-second 20-17 loss at Tennessee.
Following his injuries and health problems, he and his family went on philanthropic missions for brain and heart health advocacy.
